About me
I qualified as a personal trainer back in 2011, I have always had a passion for sport and fitness and have trained in many different areas.
I grew up playing team sports. Predominantly football. However, once into my teens I started to concentrate more on fitness based training and take part in running events. Once I reached my late teens, I began to learn boxing and developed a taste for the more physical sports. Since then, I have practised krav maga and currently learning jiu-jitsu.
My current training regime is based more around weight training and bodybuilding. My current goal is to get in the best physical shape I can and I would like to compete in a bodybuilding competition in my late 20's. I also have ambitions to compete in jiu-jitsu in a few years. I live a strict lifestyle and this allows me to pass knowledge onto my clients about what works for me and how it could help them in their own training.
I have my own goals just like my clients, and I am on my own journey in the fitness world.
During the sessions:
During one to one sessions we would spend one hour focusing on the goals you hope to achieve, if your goals is weight loss I will make the session hard and intense as well as making it fun and enjoyable, I will normally combine a mixture of cardio and weighted exercises to help maximise fat loss and improve muscle tone and shape.
